Revenue Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the revenue operations team, the full-time Revenue Operations Associate will manage patient financing account setup, oversee ticketing and escalations, and drive process improvements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient financing accounts, ensuring compliance and accurate setup of financing terms
• Manage a ticket queue in HubSpot, triaging issues, documenting resolutions, and ensuring timely responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues, propose process enhancements, and maintain accurate records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or comparable experience
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, customer success, or similar roles in fintech or healthcare
• Strong familiarity with account provisioning workflows and regulatory compliance in healthcare financing
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and ticketing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
