Job Summary
Acting as an operational and strategic advisor to sales leadership, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Business Partner will manage forecasting, performance tracking, and process improvements while driving revenue acquisition efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to oversee core business operations, including forecasting and performance tracking
- Transform data into actionable insights by analyzing key metrics and supporting strategic planning activities
- Champion process improvements and change initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency across sales operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a large-scale technology company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in Go-to-Market systems such as Tableau and Salesforce
- Experience leading annual planning cycles, including quota setting and territory management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights and decision-making
