Job Summary

Acting as an operational and strategic advisor to sales leadership, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Business Partner will manage core business operations, drive revenue acquisition efforts, and partner with various teams to enhance performance tracking and process improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with sales leadership to run core operating rhythms, including forecasting and performance tracking
  • Analyze key metrics and create performance diagnostics to drive insights around pipeline and revenue efficiency
  • Support strategic planning activities and champion process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a large-scale technology company
  • Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in Go-to-Market systems such as Tableau and Salesforce
  • Experience leading annual planning cycles and managing system dependencies
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven insights and strategic communication
