Job Summary

The full-time Revenue Operations Business Partner will drive disciplined execution across the revenue lifecycle, focusing on sales process adherence, forecasting accuracy, and CRM data integrity while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Implement and optimize standardized revenue and sales processes within the assigned segment or region
  • Facilitate weekly forecasting and monitor pipeline health indicators to ensure data integrity and structured deal inspection
  • Maintain and distribute dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, and performance KPIs, providing actionable insights for leadership reviews
Required qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret pipeline trends and forecast performance
  • Proven experience supporting segment or region-based sales organizations
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, or similar)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with discipline and accuracy
