Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Director, Client Success to support its Client Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary RevOps contact for the Client Success team, driving operational performance
  • Design and improve post-sale processes, including client onboarding and renewal workflows
  • Lead the development of Client Success reporting and metrics to enhance visibility into performance
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience managing post-sale workflows
  • Proven track record in reporting and analytics for commercial teams
  • Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred
