Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Director, Client Success to support its Client Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary RevOps contact for the Client Success team, driving operational performance
- Design and improve post-sale processes, including client onboarding and renewal workflows
- Lead the development of Client Success reporting and metrics to enhance visibility into performance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience managing post-sale workflows
- Proven track record in reporting and analytics for commercial teams
- Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred
