Revenue Operations Director

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Director, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring optimal financial sustainability for reproductive health services while overseeing a team of billing specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Own design and oversight of revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, claims submission, and denial management
• Monitor key revenue cycle metrics and report results to leadership monthly
• Lead denial prevention processes and ensure billing compliance for new insurance plans

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or billing operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Medi-Cal/Medicaid billing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in telehealth, reproductive health, or women's health is a plus
• Hands-on experience with billing systems and EHRs
• Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive process improvements
