Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive internal Go-To-Market data strategy and manage Gong's administration
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address system requirements and reporting needs, while maintaining essential documentation
• Advocate for Gong adoption and best practices, and optimize operating rhythm assets within Gong

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in sales/business operations with expertise in SaaS business models
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and managing a complex tech stack, including CRM and productivity tools
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in sales organizations targeting Fortune 1000 companies
• Passion for technology and innovative process-driven solutions
