Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable revenue processes and systems
• Drive cross-functional alignment across various teams to optimize customer journeys
• Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack, including CRM and marketing automation tools

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM roles
• Proven track record of building scalable systems in high-growth environments
• Deep experience with core RevOps technologies, including CRM and marketing automation
• Hands-on experience in building and training AI agents for GTM use cases
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to navigate between strategy and execution
