Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the Revenue Operations function, defining systems and processes to support a scaling GTM organization
  • Own marketing and sales operations infrastructure, ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and optimization of campaigns and sales processes
  • Manage the GTM tech stack, ensuring integration, adoption, and ROI while developing data infrastructure for analytics and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, with the ability to manage core workflows independently
  • Proven skills in GTM analytics, including attribution modeling and pipeline management
  • Experience partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership as an operational advisor
  • Ability to hire, build, and develop Revenue Operations teams in ambiguous environments
