Job Summary

Partnering with senior leadership, the full-time Revenue Operations Director, CX will shape the strategy and operating model for the Customer Experience function, leading high-priority initiatives and driving AI-powered operational excellence in a hybrid work environment from either Chicago or Dallas.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, developing the operating model and strategy for CX
  • Lead large-scale initiatives impacting go-to-market motions, customer health, and retention strategies
  • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and define KPIs to measure business performance
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/Ops at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in the AI landscape
  • High familiarity with BI tools, especially Tableau, and cloud-hosted datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office
  • Experience operating independently in complex, ambiguous environments
