Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Revenue Operations Director, CX to join the Service Ops team in a hybrid environment from Chicago or Dallas, where the successful candidate will shape the strategy and operating model for the Customer Experience function while partnering with senior leadership to drive efficiencies and growth through AI integration.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, developing the operating model and strategy for the Customer Experience function
  • Lead high-priority strategic initiatives impacting go-to-market motions and customer retention strategies across business units
  • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights for executive leadership and define KPIs to measure business performance
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/Ops at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in the AI landscape
  • High familiarity with BI tools, especially Tableau, and cloud-hosted datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office
  • Experience operating independently in complex environments with strong problem-solving skills
