Job Summary

As a key member of the Business Operations Leadership team, the full-time salaried Revenue Operations Director will shape the strategy and operating model of the Customer Experience function, partnering with senior leadership to drive efficiencies and growth through AI initiatives and strategic initiatives across business units.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, developing the operating model and strategy for Customer Experience
  • Lead high-priority strategic initiatives impacting company-wide operations and customer retention strategies
  • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and define KPIs to measure business performance
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/Ops at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in the AI landscape
  • High familiarity with BI tools, especially Tableau, and cloud-hosted datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office
  • Experience operating independently in complex environments with strong problem-solving skills
