Job Summary
As a key member of the Business Operations Leadership team, the full-time Revenue Operations Director will shape the strategy and operating model for the Customer Experience (CX) function, partnering with senior leadership to drive efficiencies and growth while leveraging AI in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, developing the operating model and strategy for CX
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives that impact company-wide operations and customer retention strategies
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and define KPIs to measure business performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/Ops at a high-growth SaaS company
- Demonstrated interest and experience in the AI landscape
- Familiarity with BI tools (especially Tableau) and cloud-hosted datasets (GCP)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office
- Experience operating independently in complex, ambiguous environments
