Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic organization, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Director will manage revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and go-to-market process design while ensuring cross-functional alignment among Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own company-wide revenue forecasting and improve forecast accuracy across teams
- Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes, ensuring alignment and accountability across departments
- Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and facilitate regular revenue reviews
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in PE-backed SaaS or technology
- Proven ownership of forecasting and pipeline management for sales teams of at least 10 reps
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and metrics with extensive experience in forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach, along with billing systems like Zuora
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in scaling environments
