Job Summary
Leading the global Revenue Operations function, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Director will design, scale, and optimize systems and processes to enhance revenue generation while driving AI-enabled transformation across go-to-market processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global RevOps strategy aligned with company growth and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market process design, revenue reporting, and maintain a single source of truth for performance data
- Lead Salesforce architecture and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize the go-to-market tech stack
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations leadership positions or GTM Operations
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and Revenue Operations systems
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
- Proven track record in go-to-market transformation and system integration
- Familiarity with AI-driven go-to-market transformation is a strong advantage
