Revenue Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Revenue Operations Engineer, a full-time position responsible for leading the revenue operations function, optimizing processes across sales, marketing, and customer success, and implementing AI-driven systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lead-to-cash process, including territory design, pipeline management, and quota setting
• Architect and deploy AI-native GTM workflows and manage Salesforce implementation
• Build and automate revenue forecasting methodologies and oversee GTM performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue operations leadership with a focus on AI-driven systems
• Strong background in Salesforce management and data architecture
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake
• Demonstrated success in forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
• Hands-on experience with GTM processes and technology stack integration
