Job Summary
Seeking a remote AVP of Revenue Operations, this full-time leadership role will manage the architecture, strategy, and execution of the revenue engine, collaborating closely with Finance on forecasting while also driving go-to-market strategy and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Finance to co-own revenue and retention forecasts, providing deep-dive analysis on performance metrics
- Define and evolve go-to-market strategies, translating them into operational realities across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience
- Lead a cross-functional operations team, setting quarterly roadmaps and ensuring execution through organized, sprint-based cycles
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in high-growth SaaS or healthcare environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting builds, and workflow automation
- Proven ability to shape go-to-market strategy and lead operations teams in an agile environment
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and familiarity with tools like Gong, Gainsight, HubSpot, and 6sense
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex operational insights to senior stakeholders
