Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations & Inside Sales Specialist to manage revenue operations and inside sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve HubSpot CRM workflows, reporting, and data integrity
  • Support quoting coordination and proposal preparation for sales opportunities
  • Act as a liaison across teams to enhance workflow efficiency and responsiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Experience administering or managing a CRM, preferably HubSpot
  • Willingness to complete relevant HubSpot certifications within 90 days
  • Experience supporting quoting, proposal preparation, or commercial documentation in SaaS
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
