Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations & Inside Sales Specialist to manage revenue operations and inside sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve HubSpot CRM workflows, reporting, and data integrity
- Support quoting coordination and proposal preparation for sales opportunities
- Act as a liaison across teams to enhance workflow efficiency and responsiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Experience administering or managing a CRM, preferably HubSpot
- Willingness to complete relevant HubSpot certifications within 90 days
- Experience supporting quoting, proposal preparation, or commercial documentation in SaaS
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
