Job Summary
Driving revenue operations for a profitable marketplace, the full-time Revenue Operations Lead will manage the GTM tech stack, analyze performance gaps, and support planning efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the GTM tech stack as the primary Salesforce admin, ensuring data integrity and identifying new tools
- Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis to diagnose performance gaps and build actionable dashboards
- Lead compensation planning and goal-setting in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and the GM
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles supporting enterprise GTM teams, preferably in a growth-stage company
- Proficiency as a primary admin of Salesforce, with knowledge of other GTM tools
- Fluency in AI tools and their application to improve workflows and processes
- Strong analytical skills with a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to create well-structured and audience-appropriate documentation
