Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the Revenue Strategy & Operations function
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Channels to enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Optimize the revenue lifecycle by shortening sales cycles, reducing CAC, and increasing LTV
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Strategy & Operations, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across cross-functional, global teams
- Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM), including reporting and dashboards
- An AI-native approach to operations leveraging tools to drive automation and efficiency
