Job Summary
To support a growing marketplace, the full-time Revenue Operations Lead will manage the RevOps program end-to-end, embedding AI into the tech stack, driving analytical insights, and partnering with Customer Success and Business Development teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the GTM tech stack as the primary Salesforce admin, maintaining data integrity and identifying new tools to enhance team effectiveness
- Drive analytical rigor by diagnosing performance gaps, building dashboards, and making actionable recommendations based on findings
- Lead comp planning and goal-setting in collaboration with Sales, CS, and the GM to support growth milestones
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in analytical roles supporting enterprise GTM teams, preferably in a growth-stage company (50-200 employees)
- Experience as a primary admin of Salesforce, with knowledge of other GTM tools
- Proficiency in exploring AI tools to improve workflows and GTM processes
- Strong analytical skills with a hypothesis-driven approach and the ability to present findings clearly
- Self-directed with the ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to new tools and contexts
