Job Summary
Owning and building the systems that power the revenue engine, the full-time Revenue Operations Lead will architect the HubSpot instance, design AI agents for automation, and optimize outbound sales processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary admin and architect of the HubSpot instance, managing CRM configuration, reporting, and integrations
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate various workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Continuously optimize the outbound sales motion, including tech stack selection, target list creation, and performance measurement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot administration experience; certification is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience building AI agents or workflows using platforms like Claude or ChatGPT
- Proficiency with integration tools such as Zapier and familiarity with middleware like n8n or Make
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
