Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time Revenue Operations Lead will manage pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and GTM process design while working remotely or from offices in Atlanta, Austin, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and lead a rigorous weekly forecast process and build pipeline reporting for leadership visibility
  • Assess and improve GTM processes across the sales cycle to enhance speed, consistency, and conversion
  • Optimize reporting and analytics using AI tools, providing decision-ready insights for commercial leadership
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Direct experience with enterprise deal cycles requiring multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot for pipeline management and reporting
  • Fluency in AI tools used in a RevOps context
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis, modeling, and reporting
