Job Summary

Owning the go-to-market engine, the full-time Revenue Operations Lead will manage the GTM tech stack, build automations and integrations, and establish data hygiene and reporting systems in a remote role.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end GTM tech stack, including CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Build and maintain pipeline reporting and forecasting metrics for leadership decision-making
  • Design lead routing, scoring, and attribution processes to enhance growth and trust in data
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack, including CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and automation tooling for system integration and workflow building
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
