Job Summary
Owning the full revenue operations function, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Lead will build the analytical engine behind the go-to-market strategy, focusing on pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process design.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the revenue operations function, including pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and sales process design
- Build the go-to-market data layer by defining tracking metrics, setting up the CRM, and designing trustworthy dashboards
- Analyze funnel performance to diagnose conversion issues and partner with sales leadership to implement solutions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, or go-to-market operations
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Expertise in CRM systems (Hubspot or Salesforce) and process design
- Experience in startup environments and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
- Hands-on experience with AI agents or automation tools in a professional setting
