Job Summary
Building the operational backbone of a go-to-market strategy, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Lead will manage systems, data, and processes for sales and customer success teams, ensuring a repeatable and measurable sales operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and own the RevOps function, including systems, processes, data, and reporting across the sales and customer success lifecycle
- Design and run forecasting, pipeline management, and deal-desk processes to provide leadership with an accurate view of the business
- Coordinate deal execution across functions, ensuring contracts are signed by removing blockers and facilitating necessary approvals
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role
- Hands-on experience building or scaling RevOps in an early-stage or high-growth startup
- Deep expertise with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, along with experience in the sales tooling ecosystem
- Experience running a deal desk and managing deal execution processes
- Excellent communication skills to partner with GTM leadership and translate operational details into actionable insights
