Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RevOps Manager to optimize revenue operations and improve go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM workflows, automation, and data integrity across the revenue stack
• Report on Marketing Funnel performance and maintain analytic dashboards and performance insights
• Lead and develop the marketing coordinator and demand generation lead for high performance and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar GTM ops role
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM administration
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and KPI reporting
• Proven ability to map processes and drive adoption
• Management skills focused on holding subordinates and peers accountable to results
