Job Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will own the analytical infrastructure for revenue decisions, focusing on revenue forecasting, financial tracking, and CRM governance while collaborating cross-functionally to drive sustained revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AI-enabled revenue forecast model, integrating data to drive goal-setting and performance tracking
- Manage compliance requirements across revenue sources and monitor program completion rates to protect funder relationships
- Oversee day-to-day governance of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and optimizing CRM for forecasting inputs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or business intelligence
- Proven track record of designing and communicating end-to-end forecasting models
- Strong CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce, enforcing data governance standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex model architecture and AI tool usage
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration across program, finance, or partnerships teams
