Job Summary

Owning the systems, data, and processes that connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will build revenue forecasting models, manage HubSpot CRM administration, and drive initiatives that enhance the buyer journey in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop the RevOps roadmap and oversee revenue forecasting across new business, renewals, and expansions
  • Build customer health scoring frameworks and manage renewal operations to identify risks and opportunities
  • Administer HubSpot, including pipeline configuration, custom properties, and data governance, to ensure accurate revenue reporting
Required qualifications
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance within a SaaS B2B company
  • Strong fluency in financial operations, including ARR/MRR reporting and churn analysis
  • Hands-on experience with customer success operations, including health scoring and onboarding metrics
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including pipeline configuration and workflow automation
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets; SQL and BI tool experience preferred
