Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Senior Manager, Process & Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Support revenue systems strategy and roadmap for operational efficiency
Enhance existing revenue processes and implement new processes for team improvement
Manage cross-functional initiatives, develop end-to-end processes, and provide training as needed

Required Qualifications:

7+ years experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, or related fields
Firm understanding of CRM data structures, preferably with Salesforce experience
Experience in project management and translating business objectives into technical specifications
Highly analytical and data-driven with cross-functional coordination skills
Experience with high-growth companies is a plus
