Job Summary
A company is looking for a RevOps Manager to enhance operational consistency and support GTM functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the RevOps Partner team, ensuring consistent support across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Renewals
- Standardize GTM processes and ensure efficient handoffs between teams
- Support forecasting discipline and identify operational gaps for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership roles
- Experience managing operational teams or senior individual contributors
- Strong understanding of GTM funnels and pipeline mechanics
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Strong project management and process design skills
