Job Summary

A company is looking for a RevOps Manager to enhance operational consistency and support GTM functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the RevOps Partner team, ensuring consistent support across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Renewals
  • Standardize GTM processes and ensure efficient handoffs between teams
  • Support forecasting discipline and identify operational gaps for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership roles
  • Experience managing operational teams or senior individual contributors
  • Strong understanding of GTM funnels and pipeline mechanics
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Strong project management and process design skills
