Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive growth strategy and optimize commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evaluate workflows and processes related to sales, account management, and customer success
• Manage ad-hoc data analysis to support the revenue strategy
• Establish and track key performance metrics for the revenue organization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM strategy role
• MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred; business or STEM undergraduate degree required
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
• Experience designing and implementing processes for large enterprises or high-growth startups
• Strong executive presence with effective presentation skills to all organizational levels
