Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to act as a strategic operator within the GTM organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership on planning, forecasting, and execution
  • Own end-to-end revenue operations across Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the revenue funnel and drive solutions


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Experience in a SaaS environment with exposure to scaling GTM teams
  • Proficient with HubSpot and modern RevOps tooling
  • Ability to design systems and processes rather than just maintain them
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on high-impact challenges
