Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build core dashboards, identify process/data gaps, and establish remediation plans
• Operationalize customer success functions and create rules of engagement between Sales and Customer Success
• Analyze performance trends and create capacity planning models to support strategic revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, including experience in building foundational systems
• Strong technical skills with Salesforce and familiarity with data manipulation tools like SQL or Python
• Experience in using AI effectively within a professional context
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights to executive stakeholders
• Understanding of the RevOps tooling landscape and best practices for scalability
