Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to ensuring the CRM is the central source of truth for the sales team, implementing territory mapping and partner tiering
• Own the commission model, ensuring accurate and timely payouts based on attribution rules
• Transform forecasting into data-driven insights and deliver weekly dashboards on key metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience in a high-growth startup environment (Series A/B preferred)
• Salesforce Administrator Certified with deep technical expertise in SFDC architecture
• Expertise in Excel/SQL with the ability to model complex scenarios
• Ability to diplomatically communicate data-driven decisions to stakeholders
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year degree in a related field
