Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to enhance revenue reporting across Sales and Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the HubSpot reporting expert and manage revenue performance dashboards
• Produce and distribute sales performance reports and maintain monthly AE scorecards
• Own the monthly Sales and CX commission process, ensuring accurate and timely payouts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
• Strong experience building dashboards and reporting in HubSpot
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and forecasting concepts
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders
