Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (Sales & Customer Experience).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design processes and define metrics to align revenue operations with company growth objectives
  • Support sales planning and analyze pipeline health to recommend actions for achieving targets
  • Champion AI adoption and implement automation to enhance operational efficiency across Sales and Customer Experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting both new-business sales and post-sale teams
  • Strong Salesforce power-user skills and understanding of data models and reporting
  • Proven track record of using AI and automation to improve operational performance
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL or BI tools
