Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own supply planning, quotas, forecasting, and economic modeling for Provider Sales and Provider Success teams
• Translate financial targets into realistic capacity plans and ensure growth investments are economically sound
• Design incentive plans, build forecasting models, and evaluate headcount ROI

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, or similar roles
• Experience in quota-setting or capacity planning frameworks
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel / Sheets)
• Experience designing or administering incentive compensation plans
