Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations to lead Salesforce platform operations and enhance collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Salesforce support queue, ensuring timely issue resolution and service standards
  • Lead and develop a Revenue Operations team member, focusing on performance feedback and skill development
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce systems to ensure data integrity and scalable processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced GTM or RevOps environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Flow, core objects, and reporting
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report
  • Proven ability to manage intake and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows
