Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to manage and optimize their revenue technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize the HubSpot platform and its integrations within the revenue tech stack
  • Build and manage technical workflows for the revenue funnel, ensuring effective lead capture and deal progression
  • Analyze funnel performance and implement process improvements to enhance pipeline efficiency and data integrity


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in Healthcare, Payments, or Fintech
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including custom objects and complex workflows
  • Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Ability to map and re-engineer complex go-to-market processes
  • Self-starting mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
