Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee the operational backbone of their go-to-market organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain Salesforce as the source of truth for the go-to-market motion, ensuring data clarity and accuracy
  • Build data-driven territory and capacity models, operationalize compensation plans, and ensure accurate commissions
  • Own reporting processes from lead to closed won, improving forecasting accuracy and deal inspection rigor over time
Required Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Deep Salesforce experience with admin-level fluency
  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales
  • Strong ownership of forecasting processes
  • Experience managing commissions or compensation operations
