A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to manage CRM systems and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the CRM Administrator and provide training on CRM procedures across departments
• Lead CRM module implementations and manage projects for future expansions
• Develop comprehensive revenue and forecasting reports for various teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a CRM administrator, with proficiency in CRM design and implementation
• Strong expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel features
• Broad understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, product, finance, and operations
• Ability to analyze lead, pipeline, and revenue data effectively
• Knowledge of data integrity, compliance standards, and security protocols
