Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support their NAMER Downmarket Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own reporting and analytics for downmarket sales performance, providing actionable insights for Sales leadership
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to analyze pipeline health and sales performance
  • Lead strategic operational projects to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and overall sales productivity


Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce; familiarity with tools like Tableau, Clari, or Gong is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion across multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop expertise in SaaS revenue operations across the full pre-sales funnel
