Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce strategy and governance for the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization
• Manage end-to-end GTM lifecycle architecture in Salesforce and ensure accurate workflow support
• Lead process mapping initiatives and identify operational bottlenecks for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology organization
• 2+ years of experience managing operational or systems-focused team members
• Demonstrated experience with CRM-driven GTM lifecycle and revenue operations processes
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce's capabilities, including reports and process automation
• Experience translating business needs into technical system requirements
