Key Responsibilities
- Define and own operational frameworks for efficient revenue delivery across brand customer offerings
- Build and maintain reporting systems to track campaign health and operational performance
- Design and improve workflows to enhance customer operations and define operational standards
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations within a SaaS or professional services environment
- Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes that drive business outcomes
- Strong command of Salesforce or similar customer management platforms
- Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or resource modeling
- Understanding of services delivery or agency operations; experience in the marketing industry is a plus
