Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own operational frameworks for efficient revenue delivery across brand customer offerings
  • Build and maintain reporting systems to track campaign health and operational performance
  • Design and improve workflows to enhance customer operations and define operational standards
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations within a SaaS or professional services environment
  • Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes that drive business outcomes
  • Strong command of Salesforce or similar customer management platforms
  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or resource modeling
  • Understanding of services delivery or agency operations; experience in the marketing industry is a plus
