Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to enhance processes and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable the sales team through improved strategy, process, analytics, and tools
• Streamline and automate processes to analyze data from various sources
• Act as a liaison between Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Experience with Salesforce and report/dashboard design automation
• Ability to track and analyze key metrics and KPIs, turning them into actionable strategies
• Understanding of finance/accounting terminology and processes post-closed-won
• Experience with variable compensation and incentive program support
