Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and enhance their growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health and performance analysis
• Define and maintain revenue processes, including funnel stages and key performance indicators
• Lead pipeline and forecast reviews, identifying process breakdowns and driving data-informed discussions

Required Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
• Active use of AI tools for data analysis and workflow automation
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving operational needs
