Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Revenue Operations Manager to architect and scale their EMEAPAC revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the core GTM operating model across pipeline, forecasting, territories, quotas, and order lifecycle
- Establish a single source of truth for pipeline health, attainment, and productivity, while building executive-ready dashboards
- Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle and optimize Salesforce-based workflows and integrated systems
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Proven ownership of strategy and design across forecasting, territory, quota models, and quote-to-cash processes
- Deep expertise in Salesforce with admin-level capability expected
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders across functions
