Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Customer Success leaders have the necessary processes and data for proactive decision-making
- Monitor and analyze post-sale metrics to provide insights on retention and growth opportunities
- Design and maintain Customer Success dashboards and reporting systems for performance visibility
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or customer success operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and excellent proficiency in Excel
- Deep understanding of post-sale metrics such as net revenue retention and churn analysis
- Experience in designing customer health scores and operational frameworks
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer success data to business outcomes
