Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage HubSpot architecture, configuration, workflows, and data hygiene
- Build scalable processes for lead management and customer lifecycle tracking
- Partner with leadership to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in sales or revenue operations with HubSpot administration experience
- Proven ability to configure and optimize HubSpot at an admin level
- Experience with automating workflows and integrating CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills with a history of building actionable reporting
- Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments is preferred
